Exercise for training the AQL-system

Originally the AQL samplesystem was developed by the American army. Meanwhile this standard is commonly used nowadays. The AQL-method leads the decisive process for approving of disapproving in the right way. It determines in an objective way how many and which mistakes you can have in your samples. Do you have to distrust a supplier and control him much sharper next time when you find mistakes?

How it works

The set contains 25 symbolised samples of 125 pieces. The product is represented by pearls whereby 27 different mistakes can be made in general. One can inspect on main and secondary mistakes. After each sample analysis a decision has to be made:

• party is approved or disapproved
• next inspection: normal, sharpened or decreased?
