What is the Excellence Status Indicator?

The Excellence Status Indicator is a new measuring instrument that allows you to measure the 'Excellence' of an organisation in a fast and simple way.

The principle is very easy. You fill in a questionnaire based on the EFQM-Excellence Model. You send the answers in and a few days later you receive a report with a complete and nuanced image of the Excellence in your organisation.

The report

The report contains dozens of graphs and tables. The advantages of such a report are numerous:

• the report contains a zero-measuring: the totalscore according to the EFQM-Excellence Model, a score per criterion and a score per subcriterion
• every score is related to a double benchmark:
  • the best in the complete database
  • the best in your sector
• you get an image of the content of the learning organisation and knowledge management
• you can measure the progress year after year in a quantitative way
• you can even get to know the benchmark for a specific subcriterion (in as much as it is willing to let itself known)
• when you fill in the questionnaire with several people, you can check how the EFQM-idea has been deployed throughout the organisation. Do we all fancy the same chances?

Practical information

1. Read this page till the end.
2. Determine how many people will answer the questionnaire.
3. Fill in the number of questionnaires at the bottom of this page and click Fill in questionnaires.
4. Fill in the questionnaires and click at the end on Submit.
5. Stop a while at our electronic pay-desk (as the reports are still free at the moment, you can go directly to the next step).
6. A few days later you receive the report.

The Excellence Status Indicator is also a very economical measuring instrument. For 200 Euro (excl. VAT) you have a report based on 1 questionnaire. For every additional questionnaire only 20 Euro is charged (excl. VAT)!
